Published case documents
Proceedings of the Court are public from beginning to end. Below are the complaints, notices of acceptance, trial notices, notices to produce evidence, evidence files, orders and draft judgments already published on the official website of the World Credit Organization (the international credit supervision network), newest first.
The documents above are in Chinese; the links lead to the official website of the World Credit Organization.
For further notices and rulings, visit the International Moral Court section of the WCO website.
Once published, a ruling is never deleted
Published at once
The tribunal publishes its ruling as soon as it is made. If a party asks that the pleadings and related materials be published too, they are published together.
Privacy and secrets protected
Personal privacy, trade secrets and state secrets are removed before publication; where most of a ruling concerns such matters, only the title is published.
Annotated, not deleted
When a ruling has been carried out, that is prominently annotated. Where a party has restored its credit, a note is added; where the content is wrong, a correction is annotated.
