Fees for dispute resolution and how to purchase
Fees for the International Moral Court's dispute resolution service consist of a filing review fee, the trial fee and other costs. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
Three tiers, by speed of review
Paid by the applicant when applying to file. It is not refunded whether or not the case is accepted, and whatever the outcome.

Exception: where a case is withdrawn because the respondent refuses to accept the default ICE8000 trial terms, three-fifths of the filing review fee is refunded.
Three ways to pay, at the party's choice
The trial fee is advanced by the plaintiff and ultimately borne by the party at fault; where both are at fault, in proportion.
Pay after the ruling is issued
If no fee is paid in advance and the party pays after the ruling is issued, the fee is 12.5% of the amount in dispute.
Pay after the ruling is carried out
If the party pays after the ruling has been carried out, the fee is 26.5% of the amount in dispute.
Pay in advance
If the fee is paid in advance, at filing or after the ruling, it is calculated cumulatively at the tiered rates below.

- The fee is advanced by the plaintiff.
- The fee is borne by the party at fault; where both parties are at fault, in proportion.
- If the plaintiff withdraws and the case is closed accordingly, half of the advance is refunded, or a reasonable refund is made according to the progress of the trial.
- If the defendant refuses to bear the trial fee, the World Credit Organization does not refund the plaintiff's advance.
- A defendant who asks for a jury trial must first pay the difference in the fees above.
Fees for second and third instance
Second instance
50% of the first-instance trial fee, advanced and borne in the same way as at first instance.
Third instance
30% of the first-instance trial fee, advanced and borne in the same way as at first instance.
Borne by the party who asks for them
Costs arising during the trial for service of documents, expert examination, public notices, inspection, translation, valuation, auction, sale, storage, custody, transport, investigation, witness attendance and the like are paid by the party directly to the organization or person concerned, on the principle that whoever asks for it pays for it.
